Libertarian vs Conservative vs Liberal

As I state in my bio, I am very much pro-Life but do not believe the government should be given the power to control women. Legislation is a very blunt instrument and no matter how well intentioned, well thought out and well-written the Law of Unintended Consequences make it a certainty that someone somewhere is going to fall afoul the law and suffer needlessly. So I accept the fake right to privacy at the heart of Roe v Wade, believing it is up to us pro-Lifers to make abortion rare and ultimately unnecessary without resorting to the law banning it.

It would be nice if pro-choice people reciprocated with the very real right to bear arms for a similar reason. But they don’t. Instead they want to disarm those of us who choose to protect ourselves, forcing us to suffer at the hands of criminals or a tyrannical government. They are just as blind and ignorant as the pro-Lifers who demand victims of rape carry their babies to term.

I am an ex-Libertarian US Senate Candidate for 2002 in Colorado. I left the party the day after the election was completed on Nov 15, 2002. I am now a registered Republican with various Libertarian minded thinking. Your first statement is incorrect. You say you are Pro Life but do not want women to be controlled by government. That is a narcissistic statement. “People” who want to murder an unborn child are CRIMINALS, and CRIMINALS must be restrained, or 55 million dead babies are the result. The Libertarian mantra of do no harm applies to this “thinking”. Women who want to “murder”, through abortion, do not understand that there is a life in their womb. God gave them that life to watch over and because of narcissistic tendencies in the 20th and 21st century, they do not want to live up to the “responsibility” of that life. Crazy and narcissistic thinking has destroyed 55,000 lives in America since the government sanctioned murder through abortion.

The right to keep and bear arms is a right that says in the 2d Amendment, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. That is an absolute right, unless incarcerated, and yet, it is violated everyday by government. You see, the government is violating the rights of men and women everyday, by sanctioning immoral things upon Americans, whether it is murder through abortion, or the stealing of the right to keep and bear arms, any damn way we want to, as long as we do not violate the basic law of harming an innocent with that right. Government has become perverted and sometimes viewpoints and opinions go off kilter to destroy rights, and our need of life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness under the Constitution. Women have no SPECIAL rights vs men in the taking of lives, just because God has blessed them with a child in their womb. Just a thought ladies…
