I don't think he wants to win - because to do so would undermine his philosophy that "war" works against terrorism. Are Obama's goals to "win in Afghanistan" the same as yours? I almost want to put it like "I'd like to see the US Military win" because somehow I don't think Obama *wants* to win. I honestly think his goals are to appear to try, then fail, blame it on the previous administration, and come out and say "We never should have done this in the first place, that the US should never do military adventurism like this."
